- I'm still glowing from a couple of Solo Gigs that I played recently. One at The Artery in Milford, PA in  July, and another for a private event house party near Albany, NY in August.

-  I recently collaborated with Arleigh Rothenburg of Spring 36 and Vocalist/Lyricist Annette St John to write a song for Arleigh to use in the Music Video Production Summer Camp, running this summer. We assembled a great band and recorded the song in late July. It should be out sometime in September.

-  I am teaching an ongoing, one hour, Integral Yoga Hatha Yoga Class on Thursdays from 11:45a-12:45pm on Zoom. If you are curious about Yoga, or what kind of Yoga I teach, I invite you to join me on any given week and start a dialogue with the practice, with me, and with your yourself!
